The team works to provide the ship owners with solutions to problems by working through effective communications within the team. In the absence of one, adequate cover is provided by another team member.

The rational to maintain a proper ratio in staff is at the crux of Macnalink’s management control. Support services are provided by an operations department, administrative personnel and an accounts person.
